You can use your android phone and record the video. That's a easy way try making less than 15 sec videos. You can use same video 3 times and apple does not care about it.

Jason Purkiss there’s an app on google play store : XRecorder which records your app. After recording then you can simply export it to your PC and send same video to AppStore screen shot video review process. Note : No need of conversion to any screen size for videos.

Then I added screenshots like you but I didn't add videos. When I watch the video, after you add the video, version options come up. Do I have to add a video.
When I uploaded to App store - at the sequence "your app is being published" it gives me error with code signing failed with exit code 1. Do anyone have any idea? thanks

to solve the bottom error UIWebView assuming your using Xamarin just follow this guide :) devblogs.microsoft.com/xamarin/uiwebview-deprecation-xamarin-forms/ or upgrade to Xamarin.forms 5 :)

I see my application in the TestFlight tab, but it says processing. After 5 minutes, the version disappears. It doesn't give any error.
I am new to this problem. If app is there in test flight then it should not disappear.

You need to publish the application at first from visual studio. Try refreshing the portal you should see the build 1.0 version of your app.
