“It’s Really Not Worth It!” Botched Surgery Victim Warns AGAINST Cosmetic Procedures Abroad

- Sara Platt, who underwent cosmetic procedures that nearly cost her her life, warns against having the surgery abroad.
Mrs Platt is suing the firm Magic Touch and surgeon Dr Hakan Olmezturk alleging medical malpractice as she claims she was “butchered” in Antalya.
The 33-year-old told The Mirror she was left with “dead” breast tissue and a “gaping wound” in her stomach after several procedures costing £13,000.
Sara says: “My children could be visiting me at my grave right now and it’s really not worth it. I wish I still had my saggy skin.”

So true. People need to find the person who’s specialist is whatever it is they are looking for and pay the going rate. Is what it is. All mine have been fine, I had accident and had 9 surgeries all bar 1 was excellent but was not his fault, was a risk we took and he fixed it amazingly and immediately anyways. I paid the rate but weren’t that bad considering. I know that this standard of surgeon I had - people pay 28k for full face and lift I asked him 😂

If they can afford to go abroad for cosmetic surgery they can afford to pay for corrective surgery.
Surgery abroad is fine IF you do your research (and avoid Turkey).
Tummy tuck and butt lift are both risky surgeries (compared with things like boob job, nose job or face lift)To combine these with other surgery is foolhardy.
Read about your surgeon. Check that the country you go to has standards comparable with the U.K.
Poland, Hungary, Latvia and Estonia all seem relatively safe countries, but choosing the right surgeon is most important.

not in a million years. I would go to a foreign country to do any cosmetic surgery. this is what happens when you bargain with your life. of all the places turkey, I can see, spain, france, portugal the states canada but these are countries that have credentials and easy to research and all speak english. how does she know if actual doctor did her surgeries

This is costing tax payers money for her cheepness. Save up more money if you want cosmetic surgery.
