If this works, and it looks like from the testing that it will be successful, this is a great thing. We need to get all of A-NZ's lakes back to near pristine levels, and this is a worthy start.

Why are more people not utterly shamed by the state of our water? I am 50 and virtually every waterway I can think of has gone to shit, literally, in my lifetime. I can't think of anywhere in the south island where I'd gladly put my head under water, and that is just horrific. We all need to think about our current situation as drinking from a toilet because that's what we're doing, collectively. I hope this effort gets the support it deserves.
