If only they didn't pull the game and its DLC off the store. I bought a disc copy earlier this year and loved it, so much fun just sad about missing out on the DLC's since it adds literally 4x the amount of content.

well that's because at the time EA had exclusivity deal with Porsche to feature Porsche cars in NFS since 2000 so that's why other games like Gran Turismo, Forza etc have RUFs, Gemballas, 9ff etc in games as a substitute Porsche.
Personally I don't really like the sounds of this game. As for gameplay, it pretty much sucks too. All you do is drive around with stock cars around a track with no tuning or customizations which makes the game boring very quickly.
A couple of companies wanted Driveclub sound files 'cause it sounded so good. They used a crazy amount of mics to properly capture sounds no matter where the camera is at. Plus it captures proper environment sounds like rain, wind, tire screeches etc.
