hey thanks for sharing this :) I was one of the animators on this game and we spent a fair amount of time animating those "get-in" animations. We originally wanted to do the entire climb in sequence and putting on the seatbelts and firing up the cars but it was going to take too long both in terms of player-time and also physically doing the work lol! We had to compromise and create this "mini-edit".. but i think it turned out quite well and snappy while also showing the car details at the time (obviously newer games have more fidelity now). Really cool to see all of them in a video like this 🙂 ta Ant
I wish modern racing games had these. It seems that Driveclub was indeed ahead of its time. Real life graphics, great selection of cars and the soundtrack is pretty amazing. Unfortunately, there are only 5 locations to choose from. I'd love to see Driveclub 2 but no idea if it will happen.
Me: "I should finish all my homeworks today and study for the midterm" Also me: **wastes 16 minutes watching a guy get in cars** Edit: actual grades got cancelled due to covid, so wasting those 16 minutes didn't really impact anything, totally worth it! 💯

hi, i want to play on ps5, how do i make sure that all cars in the dlcs appear when i want to play on ps5? i bought all dlc on my ps4 long before the servers closed and in my achievements i have lambo events and others completed... this guarantees me that when i play on ps5 with my account all those cars appear? i see many people who do not have the dlcs etc, can you help me with this concern, i will appreciate it!
