I decided to share a very personal side of me. I felt as though I wanted to share my story and possibly relate to others, or have others relate to me. Dealing with my emotions has been challenging but I know I am not the only one encountering this.

I don’t mean to add such an emotional video to a chaotic world, but I felt the need to share how I’m feeling and what I’m dealing with. Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

Can totally relate and I was crying just watching this. In 2016 my daughter's dad died, and then 6 months later my cousin died, 2 weeks later my great aunt died, and then 2 weeks later my grandma died. My mom died 11 years ago in February too. And I hate when people say it's been this long... It's been 11 years and I still struggle. It's rough and it sucks! Sending you love and thoughts and prayers. ❤️❤️

Please try and understand anxiety is just fear built in your head. I am the most anxious person ever until I was put in a. Position where I said to myself IT IS JUST BUILT UP FEAR before I trembled and had a anxiety attack. Try and fixate that in your head I’m here for you ❤️ you got this!!

literally sat here crying with you because I literally can relate to 95% of what you said/are going through. Between my dad going through some health issues, my aunt passing last May as well. I’ve been a going through the motions as well, you’re not alone. Thank you so much for sharing, I needed this 🤍

Wow I knew I had a drawing to you for a reason! Meaning I feel some sort of connection with you even though I don't know you personally. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and I have lost family members as well. Both of my parents are deceased. I lost my dad when I was 2 and I lost my mom on Thanksgiving day at age 15. Her death still affects me to this day. I can totally empathize with you on not being mentally okay after losing family members. The pain never fully goes away, you just learn how to better cope with it over time. Just know you are a strong person to be able to deal with all of that. This video makes me like you even more.

It’s so nice to hear you talk about this stuff, I definitely been lost in my thoughts and feelings after I lost my brother to suicide a week after my daughter was born and then I lost my grandpa so I was dealing with it in a unhealthy, your video definitely gave me encouragement to better myself 💜
I’m so sorry for your losses. It’s never easy. Just keep strong. It’s okay to have our moments and break down, we’re all human and deal with emotions differently. 💜💜

I love that you opened up about this! I was severely depressed about five years ago and recently I have felt lost and unsure if what I wanted to do in life. Like you, I'm your age and have an associate's. But what really helped me was practicing the law of attraction and praying. The law of attraction really works!
