Thank you so much for your video. It was the only one I found where everything was explained thoroughly AND you showed us how it looked under the car. So helpful. I'm about to do my own now!
looks clean as hell! thanks for putting in the pictures with a walk around. too many videos are on youtube of people installing mods and then rambling for 20 minutes about something unrelated. i’m getting a similar one for my elantra gt soon, really excited
i hate to say it but so many car guys are doing exactly what you did and made it look so much harder than it really was and didn't come out anywhere near as good as yours. i'll be looking in from time to time for pointers.
It doesn't look too bad, but the problem with these eBay Front splitter is they don't fit perfectly and it sits kind of far inside the bumper. I prefer a Front Splitter that sticks farther out.
Ended up with one of these after I found out the sport spec lip for my volvo was $500 unpainted. Did not trust the hardware it came with so I spent an extra $10 on some bolts and heavy mounting tape. Does not budge. It is very obviously a $50-$80 lip. I wouldnt trust it in an area with a lot of debris and rocks on the road. Too much give and it being a 3 piece assembly leaves some pretty bad failure points where the pieces connect. If you use the small screws it came with, expect it to get ripped out under your tires at some point.
@@DrivenbyGears Did you remove the bumper to install the struts ? if not how did you do so , i bought the same exact lip & liking to get some rods , but can’t find any instillation videos specifically for this car.
Have you ever exp your lip cracking from highway speeds ? Perhaps hitting a bump or pothole etc im trynna figure out how to install my lip the second time bc the first broke in the middle section even with the stock screws idk how to secure it more maybe adding more screws in
Has this gotten any sun damage since the installation? Also have you had any issues with scraping? I know some civics are somewhat low as is, and driveways and parking garages can be an issue
Yea no holes why would it have them Hondas not going put them there from factory!!! You line up the bolt holes on the end . Then work your way around .
Hey great video, I just wanted to ask what year civic you have? I found the kit you’re using and really like it. I’m trying not to remove the whole bumper like other ones.
Was told to have this installed by a professional but this looks very simple , I'm going to give it a try on my own

Awesome video man! Love how smooth the install was and how simple your explanations were ! Looks awesome ! Loved the music too!
I appreciate that it's so hard to find ebay music that works. Thanks 4 watching
I have a '15 civic lx..love the addition to your car's front..way more aggressive..
Looks really good, follows body lines perfectly 👌
Did you drilled holes in car for installing splitters?
I have the same question!
Looks good. Going to do the same to my wife’s civic. Lol needs some love on her car.
Heck yea got more mods coming

Smooth steps my guy
Looks great! Greets from San Antonio 👊🏽
Thanks 😊
Hey, i am at work i know your vid but i can't rewatch now, did u have to drill any new holes ?
Hi may i ask where you bought yours from please i like the way your gos together ty Vernon 🙏
My kit came with what looks like the pin stripe tape, what's it for?
Do you recommend maybe adding some double sided tape or do the screws gold it fit around the edge where the lip and bumper meet up?
It wouldn't hurt so far its held up good plus I added some struts in front.

@@reallyontiming2.0 You can screw the rods into the front license plate then into the lip
@@oorileyxx2427 i already installed them like 2 months ago lol just took the whole bumper off and did it that way, thank you though

@@deporcali23 mines fell off also, ordered another one and I'm going to have professionally installed this time
Does this drill into plastic part of the front bumper or does it drill into the actual lip on it
drills underneath the car
Did u just screw threw the rivets?
Hey nice video what is that black thing you used that lifts up the car?
Car ramps off amazon let me get the link
amzn.to/3vDkP7f
You put links to everything else except the front splitter
Looks clean af! Btw, is car lowered or stock height?
Great 👌 video man, thanks

A year late but I don’t know about sun damage but I do know that scraping this is better than scraping up ur actual bumper
What size were the screws mate??
looks good but why u did not get the 1 piece? i read in some forums this 3 piece falls off easily at high speed.
It's the wife's car she don't even get over 65

I just installed this 2 weeks ago and I hit an uphill floor and it breaks on a 10 mph, this is good looking but easy to get break 😂
same had one put on had it on for 12 hours went 70 MPH and it flew off smh
Looks clean 👌
Ty
Hi! Have you had any issues with the chin spoiler causing the under liner for the center or the wheel liners coming loose? Thanks, Anthony
Looks clean 🧼 got the same one
What year is your civic sedan? I have a 2019 would this work
Do you have to drill in holes on the bumper or does the bumper already have existing holes?
Has only the bolt holes on the ends you line up honda not going have pre existing holes from factory.
Lol hank hill got himself a Si from selling propane, all jokes aside lol nice car
Does it fit 19 civic with the sports trim
nice vid. is this a universal splitteer? can it fit with other civic models?

2019
Chin spoiler Item is out of stock. any other sellers that carry it?
Would this be light enough to be supported by double sided tape? I really don’t want to drill holes if I can avoid it
You need 3m type from Home Depot.
Definitely not
What songs did you use?
Hey man. This is universal or design for civic? Coz many item like this says universal
Sharp. You ever finish up?
Hey there. How many holes did you drill total?
The holes are already there
Do you add double sided 3m?
Did it clear the ramps going down?
No it didn't
@@DrivenbyGears so did it get damaged coming down?
@@slyfoxtrades no I added 2 x 4s on the ramps in back

did you use a drill bit or did you just force the screw straight threw the bumper?
Just scree the middle in then adjust
Great
How does it hold up against high speeds ? Don’t want it breaking loose at 150mph in the si
I put some struts on it in front but it's solid
Very nice how much

Looks great man!! But you must take those ugly ass splash guards off...( if you still have the car ...???)
