I don’t see how you can stamp pigment onto the tacky layer as the excess pigment will stick to the inhibition layer. Wouldn’t you need to clean off the inhibition layer prior to stamping?

When you put the stamper with the polish & pigment, did you wipe the nail of the tacky layer off first?
Hi Danielle, yes you will need to remove the tacky layer first, alternatively you can top coat first and then top coat after you have stamped 🌸

I use a lint roller. And for the stubborn pigments, I give a once over wipe with a little sanitzer/isopropyl 🌹
