She signed the contract. She knew it was signing away her own name. Proving to all of us, not to fall for this. In any form. 😉 my heart goes out to her. She is a great designer. But.... She knew what she was getting into. Live and learn

Sad and really too bad. Hayley and Kleinfelds have been fabulous prior . Really hard to sell your name. Difficult to not use your name. Wow!! Hope it all works out for the best.😢

I assume she had legal counsel. They should have foreseen that issue.
