It's over her budget by almost half her budget. How dare the consultant say it's only a bit over her budget! Just for that attitude I would walk out without the dress.
At this stage in time, if your budget is $3500, Kleinfeld's is not the store you should be shopping in. Yes, I think $3500 is a lot to pay for a dress, but I also know that their dresses start at around $2500, so you are not looking at a huge selection of their 1500 gowns at her budget.
@@reneeeiier4818 I agree that Kleinfeld's is not the place to shop if your budget is less than 5k but tell the customer you don't have anything in her budget or ask if it's ok to go over budget, you don't go over half the budget and say it's a bit over budget. A bit over budget is a few hundred dollars not half the budget.

She is Muslim, converted for her fiancée, so she probably wore it as a show of modesty. Beautiful dress…but not sure her fiancée or his family will like it, because they like their females to dress very modestly, especially if they’re a faithful and practicing member of Islam.
She still needs shoes, underwear, a veil, and accessories-she’s already a grand over budget and still has a ways to go. I hate when the consultants show dresses over budget without asking the bride first.
Who buys new underwear for their wedding? Just wear something you already own! Heck, where all your old stuff and buy a cheap veil from China. No one will care!

Maybe it was recorded for the video, but this same consultant, Camille, didn't ask another Bride on another episode how much she had in her budget for the dress. Unfortunately, that Bride fell in love with a gown that was double the price of her budget and ended up leaving without a dress as she was disappointed with the other choices. It was wrong to put the dream in that gals head only to not make the dream possible for the budget. The second consultant did ask the budget price which was right.

They say their number one rule is not to have them try on a dress over their budget, Randy says it all the time. Why would she think that was ok to put her in a dress ALOT more than her budget. She should get reprimanded for that.
First bride - second dress was wow. The second bride. I feel like the style didn't suit her much. And then the consultant giving her a dress "little over" her budget was ridiculous and it wasn't worth paying for looking at that dress it still didn't flatter her looked as if it was hanging off her. But she's a beautiful bride but the dresses of that specific style she wanted didn't suit her at all
I know, it's a shame because she had her heart set on that style but I think it made her look round-shouldered. I feel sorry because she wasn't asking a lot, she wasn't being demanding and wanting a 'showstopper' look-at-me dress, she just wanted a nice modest dress to look pretty on her wedding day.
I agree re: 2nd bride. The whole thing was very sad. She didn't have the figure and personality to pull it off. And why did they keep bringing out those ugly lace tablecloths? I'm sure they could have found something more attractive.
@@brandywineblogger1411 It was horrible lace wasn't it, I thought that. I normally do like lace, but not just any lace. Some is beautiful and delicate and some just looks stiff and cheap. This dress looked like the mass produced stuff.

Everyone knows that and it does not matter where she is from. But I must say she is not that talented. Her designs are not that great and so overpriced.
Says "nothing to revealing etc etc etc" out of respect for his family. Then chooses the last dress. Which was gorgeous on her. It just seemed that the "revealing" part went out the window before she even started, as did the budget. Which the consultant shouldn't have pulled it to begin with and I'm sure there was just as nice of a dress in a similar style that wasn't an overpriced panina.... Respect the budget ladies it's there for a reason. It's one day vs the rest of your life, the latter is where the focus should be when it comes to finances....
She knew it was over budget. I cant stand assistants who think cause its one day you deserve it. Everyones budget is different, everyones budget it set for a reason. Not everyone can go over or have the ability to. So incredibly rude for them to do this.
When consultants say it’s a little over the budget it makes me mad when it’s like $1000 more. That’s no a little- a little is $200 max Why put it on her if you haven’t asked whether that price is ok first
The second dress was almost 35% over their budget. Ridiculous! PS: these episodes are probably well over 15 years old by now. They keep rehashing old episodes. I don’t even know what new wedding dresses look like nowadays.
I don't get spending thousands on a dress that will be worn for a couple hours one time in your life but in all honesty I can't afford 8500k for anything. Guess I'll never figure this one out.
She can support her mother (and she does, you can see the love between them) but still admit she misses her. Do you think her mother would be glad to think her daughter didn't miss her at all or care whether she was there for her milestones? Just because they were both rather she was there for them doesn't mean they are having a tantrum about it, but they are allowed to be a bit wistful. Time DOES go so fast.
Re: The second bride with the military mom: (God bless her!) 1) The gowns look like my late grandma's old lace tablecloths. Not worth the price and not attractive on her at all. 2) Does she realize that after buying the necessary foundation garments, the veil, and after all the alterations, that she'll probably add $2,500+ to the price. Bride 2: that was a ‘naked’ dress .. for a bride who converted to Islam. And it was over budget. Seriously?
4K for a night gown🫠
They say their number one rule is not to have them try on a dress over their budget, Randy says it all the time. Why would she think that was ok to put her in a dress ALOT more than her budget. She should get reprimanded for that.
Who wears a black bra to try on wedding dresses?
wants conservative dress with sleeves...picks one that is completely see through
Why would anyone go wedding dress shopping in black underwear? I'm amazed at how many brides show up like their going to the grocery store!
if a consultant knows they have the perfect dress they should show it to the bride and let the bride decide even if it's over budget
Can someone, anyone explain to me why, why potential brides going dress shopping wearing Black underwear when they know the dresses they will be trying on are White, Cream or Ivory?!?!? This is crazy!
Just so you know Pnina Tornai, the designer, is from my little country of Israel. she is very talented though. congrats, Mazal Tov.
Everyone knows that and it does not matter where she is from. But I must say she is not that talented. Her designs are not that great and so overpriced.
That first dress is beautiful.
Mom was in the military in Iraq and her daughter converted to Islam and married an Arab 🤭
Rebellion. Poor girl has no idea what she’s in for.
Not sure what your point is.
@@flowerpower3618yes I was thinking about that. I hope her husband and in-laws are not devout.
@@joralemonvirgincreche Are you really that naive?
@@cyflym11 If you have something to say, then say it. Don't waste people's time being coy and mysterious.
That’s no a little- a little is $200 max
Why put it on her if you haven’t asked whether that price is ok first
Shame on the consultant. ALWAYS showing dresses out of budget
The second dress was almost 35% over their budget. Ridiculous! PS: these episodes are probably well over 15 years old by now. They keep rehashing old episodes. I don’t even know what new wedding dresses look like nowadays.
Should've never done that to that military mom
That dress was wayyyyyyy too matronly for her. The one within her budget flattered her figure beautifully
I don't get spending thousands on a dress that will be worn for a couple hours one time in your life but in all honesty I can't afford 8500k for anything. Guess I'll never figure this one out.
Could someone just say:
My mom missed important events in my life, because she was serving the Country overseas.
Make up for lost time? Your mother was serving her country not partying.
A bridal consultant should be able to define WHAT a ballgown is and the definition is not “grand.”
That consultant is notorious for showing over budget gowns!!
No she's not. Commenters say that about every consultant on the show.
No, she isn’t. The bride insisted on trying dresses over her budget.
Camille lipstick applications need to be studied 😅
I just commented the same thing! 😂
Re: The second bride with the military mom: (God bless her!)
1) The gowns look like my late grandma's old lace tablecloths. Not worth the price and not attractive on her at all.
2) Does she realize that after buying the necessary foundation garments, the veil, and after all the alterations, that she'll probably add $2,500+ to the price.
But she loves it, and there's no accounting for taste. 🤔
I thought she didn’t want to disrespect her new religion by choosing the wrong dress. She bought a dress that shows the top of her chest, the back is open in the back and the dress is form fitting.
🤷♀️
why is your mom paying for the dress? According to Islam if your husband is muslim? he needs to be paying for the wedding and providing every single thing since hes marrying you!
Hopefully (for her sake) that means he's not particularly devout and is willing to accommodate some traditions from her culture too.
It sounds like her mom insisted on paying for it, like it was a gift.
A little over, that crazy consultant really grossed me out. Respect the budget!!!!!!!
Has anyone ever tried on EVERY DRESS in the shop?! Stop it 🤦🏽♀️
Eek no one should change their religion for a significant other. It's between you and gd not to please a man.
