I love watching you try snacks! I love Japanese treats! My neighbor brings me some home every time he goes to visit his family and they are absolutely delicious! I’m so glad Justin got a treat at the end. It looks like he really liked the sting ray!!😁😁😁
The first time I went to a 100 yen store (I think it was Daiso) I couldn't understand why hardly anything had a price on. After a while I guessed that if it didn't have a price on then it must be 100 yen, as the labelled ones were all more than 100 yen but I still couldn't quite believe it as there were SO many things and they were so good! I got a set of 3 saki cups ... and most amazing was a screen protector for my phone that at home would have cost - no kidding - 30 times more! I bought three though I thought they must be fake - but they weren't. I still have one on my phone from two years ago! The snacks all looked so good. I think I'd chose the Okinawa sugar first because I love the taste and the fact that it is way more healthy than regular sugar. And for savoury the wasabi and cheese crackers.
I think I would have liked the same snacks you liked best, Shinichi, plus the watermelon gummies. It would be so much fun to wander with you through a Daiso. I like to poke around in stores for unusual items, just as you do. I'm glad there was some small treat which was safe for Justin. He is such a good, good boy! Thanks for another entertaining video. ❤️
I'm a big fan of korokke too like you so that korokke snack is the most appealing to me. I never had any of those snacks, there is one Daiso store in Auckland city, hopefully still opens, will definitely look out for them. They don't sell ¥100 for each item but something like 3 items for NZ$10 (~¥700) as they add importing cost.
Justin is such a good boy! I have not gone to Daiso since lockdown in March. Stores are starting to open up here in the Bay Area, but limited capacity and I always see a long line when I passed by.
I LOVED those walnuts that came in the Boksu, that I bought a box of them! I don’t think I’ve ever seen them at my local Daiso, but I’m definitely going to check again!
Hello dear Shinichi ... fun vid again ❤️ and Justin is such a well behaved boy.. patiently waiting for a tidbit.. a review for doggy snacks would be fun.. especially for little Justin🐶 🥰 greetings from Munich
I love watching u guys, I dont have a daiso here in small town arkansas have a huge dollar tree that has huge grocery section that's pretty great I love it
That korokke snack looked so good! when I followed your mom's korokke recipe I was immediately hooked so I'd love to try that snack some day. It's a bit hard to find japanese snacks where I live (Norway) and it's usually expensive too.
Unfortunately, our local Daiso in Concord, CA doesn't have that large a selection of snacks. They have the Calbee pizza flavored chips that's pretty good. On Kit Zakimi's channel, she and her husband, Muteki Matt showed a seasonal spice version of the pizza flavored chips. I like to get the extra thick curry version of Cup Noodle.
Wow so many interesting snacks! Sadly we don’t have Daiso here... I really wish we did! I did go crazy in LA with Mary when she took me but I know the best is in Japan! Great premiere Shinichi! That was funny because everyone was wondering where you were! 🤣 👍🏼😎🤙🏽🌺
I was lucky enough to get one of EricSurf6’s snack packs and he included some kaki no tane that I think are wasabi flavor. At first I didn’t like them but then I had some with the peanuts and really like them now. I really want to try those lemon ones - salt & vinegar chips are my favorite!
Miru maiku is the product I had when I was in elementary and middle school. We didn’t have caramel flavor. I think we had strawberry and coffee-ish flavor back then. Thanks for introducing the product on your video. I will find them next time I go to local Daiso.
Does anyone else feel like Justin watching him eat but can't have any? TT_TT lol I wish we had the giga daiso. We only have the small $1.50 daiso all over so cal.
Yes I love to look at our Aussie daiso something's are good some things are way over priced here as a regular visitor to Japan!!! UHA is a great company!!!
Yeah, got to see some of this as internet didn't fully drop out. Looks yummo&love Daiso, you made me peckish for macaroni cheese balls after that🗻take care&thanks again
Definitely try the stingray with a little mayo and shichimi, that’s how I eat it in izakayas and it’s delicious. If you grill it a little too first it’s extra oishi.
In Toronto, Canada, we have a very good dollar store but over the years, they decided to increase prices to $1.25 or $2 Canadian dollars. I like that they sell name brand chocolate and candy bars for much cheaper than other stores, for example, we can buy a Kit Kat bar for $0.88 (I think....have not shopped there this year) whereas the same bar costs at least $1.25 at other stores. They also sell many other name brand items for a cheaper price such as Lysol wipes (can't find those now) for $2 etc
Loved this!! 😻 ALL great road trip foods! I heard that best 7-11 foods is in Japan (I watched a bunch of vlogs from 7-11s all over Asia) and I am in love with Japan's 7-11s! Cannot believe the low prices and the variety of foods!😻 U.S. 7-11 is overpriced and not nearly enough variety 🤥 And Adorable Justin needs a biscuit 💖💖Did you just speak to Justin in Japanese? 💖💖 Cannot believe they put collagen in gummies, even in snacks Japan tries to be healthy!💖💖 My favorite was your reactions to the treats! #watermelon
Geez I miss Daiso. There's one in the "Mitsuwa Marketplace" in San Jose? Cupertino? I dunno it's in the San Jose area but maybe it's Santa Clara.... anyway, I love Daiso! It's a long bike ride but I'm getting the urge to go there and to Mitsuwa Market itself, because they have really good bento's. Also considering buying a deba knife and one of those Iwatani blowtorch things because .... they're cool.
Wasabi ginger chips by Lays were my favorite chips. But they were limited and are no longer available in the US. 😔 Though I can’t tolerate spicy from peppers...the capsaicin causes me physical harm...I love spicy from horseradish and vinegar...which includes wasabi. It’s very difficult to find wasabi snacks in my area.
Hokkaido butter balls yum the choice at my local daiso is limited one on queen st but at least we have one:) i need to go there for some rocking stationary soon
Thank you so much for sharing Don't have a Diaso but we have a Dollar Tree that everything is $1. Sells name brands and off brands. At Christmas in many different stores we can find large tin cans with holiday pictures on them that have Carmel popcorn, buttered popcorn and cheese popcorn in the can. Great snacks for gifts. Yummy snacks that you are enjoying!
weird that kid of popcorn is called Chicago style here and poor Justin he was a very patient dog. I hope he got a snack after the video...I am pretty sure he did
@@misskimberly8100 It’s a soft candy with sour pickled mint. So it’s sweet from the candy and sour from the pickled mint. Shibazuke are that but they also include all kinds of pickled veggies, specifically from Kyoto. It’s a popular complement to white rice.
I love Daiso but they weren't in my area very long which is right outside of Seattle before they did a massive transition. When they first opened everything was U.S. $1.50 except for some earthenware cooking pots but now most everything is 300 Yen & up. All of the unique and fun kitchen gadgets are no longer available all of the really tasty snacks are gone and have been replaced with instant Ramen that start at 300 Yen. I have several pairs of Obi socks which I like so much those have also disappeared and will not be back. I go in often but don't see much new stuff and I don't like their no return policy which has also been in place since they opened. You're not supposed to open packages but if you get home and something is broken are stale, etc. TOO BAD!
I love that Justin pops up when you least expect him! He is so adorable!
Daiso snacks are usually so underrated for being cheap, but there seems to be a lot of delicious super worth buying snacks! Thanks for sharing!
I love watching you try snacks! I love Japanese treats! My neighbor brings me some home every time he goes to visit his family and they are absolutely delicious! I’m so glad Justin got a treat at the end. It looks like he really liked the sting ray!!😁😁😁
I love daiso stationery section. I love their office stationery , their craft goods and floor wipes.
Everyone I know whose gone to Daiso in central California loves the place. I drove an hour and a half to the nearest one & spent $94. I love Daiso.
Justin needs snacks too 😉.. We need a Justin taste test.
My mom used to get on to me for going to Daiso so much, but then I took her a couple of times and now she gets mad if I go without her 🤣🤣🤣
Each Daiso location has something different! I enjoy going to the different sites.
The ending was the best !
Justin!!!! 😘
Epic food haul snacks yummie enjoy this video 😍 stay safe ❤️
love how the doggy is so focus on the treats.... : )

I do hope you're feeling better Shinichi!
Much love to you!

So many snacks to try.
Justin will start his own channel we’re he gets the snacks. 😆😁

I love Daiso!!!! I have never been but will soon.
Whenever you are doing tasting videos, you should have puppy treats nearby for Justin. That poor pupper just wants a treat!
I'm so excited - our 1st Daiso is opening on 10/30/2020 here in Austin, TX. I can't wait! 😊
Hello dear Shinichi ... fun vid again ❤️ and Justin is such a well behaved boy.. patiently waiting for a tidbit.. a review for doggy snacks would be fun.. especially for little Justin🐶 🥰 greetings from Munich

This was fun to watch!
Justin is waiting for a snack.🐶🐶
Thank you Shinichi for the Daiso video.
Your reaction to korokke was pure goodness
The curry sticks looked particularly tasty. Little Justins face hoping all the time for a nibble.
Here in Chicago, it's known as Chicago-Style Popcorn, caramel and cheddar popcorn.
Wow so many interesting snacks! Sadly we don’t have Daiso here... I really wish we did! I did go crazy in LA with Mary when she took me but I know the best is in Japan! Great premiere Shinichi! That was funny because everyone was wondering where you were! 🤣 👍🏼😎🤙🏽🌺
Proper British scones are soft and not crumbly. Like an American biscuit (not cookie).
My scones always turn out more like damper. There’s definitely an art to them.
Oh I just adore Justin 😊
" dont grow up it's a trap " Exactly why WE LOVE YOU SHINICHI AND SATOSHI!!!!! hugs from Arizona! =^..^=

I often wish we had more snacks from Japan here. Sesame things, I'm particularly fond of. :)
You could try out Hałwa if you like sesame
@@hisokamorow3611 Yeah, that's good stuff. Been a while since I had any, though. :)
Yes! I LOVED going to Daiso! My brother's name is Taizo. BUT, SOOO good, heh Daichan? And SO cheap! I haven't been to Japan since 2012.
feeeed meeeeeeehhh! said Justine.
I like those cranberry scones but I don't love them either.
Those croquettes looked yummy.

I've been meaning to go to the nearby Daiso that opened earlier this year in my area so this video is perfect. Thanks!
Too bad we dont have a daiso here, we only have the Nippon ya
What a nice shirt! 😊
Love love love Daiso! No one in my family will go with me because I browse to long. Japan Daiso much better than the American.
I wish we had a Daiso here on Maui.
We have Daiso in San Francisco. Thanks for reviewing their snacks. ;)

What a big haul!
I like to go to the Daiso store, but I can’t read Japanese so I spend so much time looking at packages trying to figure out what items are used for.

weird that kid of popcorn is called Chicago style here and poor Justin he was a very patient dog. I hope he got a snack after the video...I am pretty sure he did
I would like to try Sting ray
Daiso west australia for my Japan fix
In Australian Daiso stores everything is $2.80 ( with a few exceptions that are marked with higher prices).
My closest Daiso is 4 hours away. I love going but I end up spending way less than I think because the selection is so small. :(
Have you ever seen iron chef Either the original japan version or the American remake version
Yes I used to watch it long time ago. Loved that show
@@Shinichisworld what was your favorite Battle on the show
Tokyo Mix!? Caramel and Cheese popcorn is known as Chicago Style Popcorn. It's like their thing!
No its not. Its s human thing. Weve had it down in southern illinois just as long as chicago.
Hi everyone!
A molten ball of hot tapioca shooting up a straw sounds like a health hazard. I don't think my boba shop sells tapioca in their hot drinks.
Daiso in Indonesia didnt sell any food and the price double maybe about 200¥
Ah, Justin is so cute!
The Daisos in Taiwan imported shibazuke soft candies. After they sold out they stopped importing them. 😞

Sounds interesting, thank you. I like trying new things. Did they stop importing them all over or just to Taiwan?
Is him still with Satoshi?
I probably wouldn't be able to get Sting Ray in the states.
Maybe have some puppy treats next time so Justin won't feel left out.

Looks all oishi ono aloha
One thing with Daiso is that all Daiso’s are not created equal. The mega stores are amazing. But there are corner stores that are underwhelming.
I agree. One in San Francisco had more items than one near Sacramento. I’ve yet to gone to a bigger one.
Liked the on that looked like bacon.
You should get dog snacks for justin 🐶
Most of the savory ones sound like beer snacks.
