So, if you're making a small hood (which I was), you're supposed to have 70sts. In the 16th row, I say 68 because you're supposed to make an inc in the first and last sts, but make 68 hdc in between. So if you're making a large, then you'll inc, hdc73, then inc in the last.
If you observe closely, when making a hdc, she yarns over, inserts needle and the yarns *under* instead of over, but for the remaining part is yarning over, so Ig that's it.

I'm confused, how do you make 75 stitches for 15 rows and then when you do to the 16th, you make 68 stitches and get to de last stitch?

Even for treble or SC, whenever she inserts first, it is always a yarn under and the rest a yarn over.
This is just my observation and conclusion.
