    Thank you for posting your videos.Im searching to understand myself and others ,to have balance is there any advice you could giv me to help me start

I would say the best place to start is reading following book. www.dhammaweb.net/books/Dr_Walpola_Rahula_What_the_Buddha_Taught.pdf and also you might want to read www.urbandharma.org/pdf2/Mindfulness%20in%20Plain%20English%20Book%20Preview.pdf as well. Those 2 books can be a good foundation to start the journey. :)

    Because if you take any longer period of time, you will hassle it. You will begin to compare what you want with what you have. You will begin to think that you are trying to change rock-bed reality into something else. You are hypnotized by a fix. The short time period is enough. You are not even to think of this outside of that time. Seth
