The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent (Exodus 14:14). The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. (Proverbs 9:10) As the video explains, we must have fear of the Lord, but this fear is not the “bad” fear but fear to know that the Lord indeed does exist and sees and guides are every action. We must believe in the Holy Ghost and in everything we do we must declare it in the name of the Holy Ghost. Not sharing too much, but I’ve had a rough time with anxiety. I’ve discovered that if you put your part in facing your fears in a healthy way, then the Lord will see your effort and provide signs, or God winks, that help to elevate from this anxiety or anything you are facing. I’m amazed on how this has worked for me and I’m sure it will help with you no matter what your situation is.

Dear God, please help my anxiety and depression. I’ve struggled with mental illness for many years and need your help to be strong. Help me to have faith when I feel weak and to not believe the enemy when he whispers lies. I know I am loved and worthy, and my past does not define me. Being a Christian isn’t easy but thank you God for giving me hope when I feel alone at night. For anyone reading this, things will get better and I can attest to that because though I struggle things are getting better slowly.
Fear separates us from a joyful connection with God and others. We need each other and we need God. We will experience trouble in this life but God has overcome and He tells us He is with us. If God be for us, what can stand against? Such great encouragement today!

I let fear steal my whole life. I was saved and born again a month ago. The Holy Spirit has given me new eyes to see. I can see evil and the horrors of the world that I couldn’t before. But I feel his love and I see the Almighty in everything and I do not fear. Being in the presence of Jesus is something that cannot be put into words. When he came it was overwhelming peace, the greatest love you could imagine feeling, and feeling forgiven. In those few moments my soul rested. I don’t have a broken spirit anymore, I have the Holy Spirit

After coming close to God and improving my mental health, I started to live with my fears not live in them. fears won't leave but we can live with them. I now want to face some of my fears. I know that I am not all the way there in the life of God, but I am on my journey! I still have this one big fear...but this video helped, I am working on living with this fear but now making it take control my life. Thanks for these vids! Thank you God!
