It basically just means you have only one copy of the character and one copy of their signature. If they were running a f2p build, it would be S0R0, meaning they don't have the signature weapon equipped, and multiple copies of the character just adds +1 to the "S".

Nah, she can do really well with the emerald of genesis instead. It’s only about a 10% or so damage loss over her sig.
