Definitely don’t have to be born into it. You have to be trusted and family is usually trusted first so it makes it easy to bring fam in but I was brought in without being family. I built relationships and trust and when it became clear I could bring value, bringing me in was a no brainer. That’s how you get anywhere in life. Always be a standup guy and live by your word. To be a trustworthy person you gotta be trusted by everyone not just by a few. You screw one person and it looks like that’s your character and you’d do it again. So be trusted and get good at sales. Boom your in.
