People say that because Kuromi's/Kurumi's voice actress (Junko Takeuchi) is extremely famous for playing the part for Naruto. That's just one of the reasons why Kuromi is a popular character on the show. I remember when I found this out a few years ago I was really shocked when I found that out. XD
Somehow when I was about 4 or 3 . I ended up running into my melody on UA-cam and started watching it. Now I'm 11 and this brings so many memories my favorite was always kuromi and when she was human. Now I have a huge my melody doll in my room.so this was probably the most random thing I ever ran into when I was little and I'm glad

If you're wondering who wrote the song I believe the song was composed by Cher Watanabe like most of the music on the show, but I won't put that down until I find legitimate sources that confirm it.
From various sources Kuromi Rondo, the translations call it that, the mp3 file was under that name. Kurumi is an easy mistake since the character's name is Kurumi. When I first put this up I called it "Kurumi" on accident. ^^;
If I ever find a translation I will post a bulletin and message you personally. c: Believe me I want to get the lyrics too, especially since this is a really popular song from the series. Sadly the only translation available was pulled down by UA-cam. Asking on message boards focused on Japanese/anime music might be a good idea.

I believe the "music video" you're talking about was the cute little fanmade AMV by computerchildren2. Unfortunately his/her second account was deleted by UA-cam in 2011. :( You might find some reprints on UA-cam or the internet, but not likely this one.
