I have a question regarding the notice period to apply for leave encashment, as per rules an employee is to apply for LPR or for Leave encashment (as the case may be) 15 months before, here the question arises that an emoloyee who want to encash his leave and apply for the same tjen when he will apply and when his encashment period will start? For example an employee is completin his 30 years service on 31-12-2022 whether he is eliguble to apply after that date mean on 01-01-2023 and he has to perfrom duty for the period from 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2023 ? Or on completion of 30 years of service on 31-12-2022 he may proceed on retirement wef 01-01-2023 and the last year of his service is treated as encashment of leave period? Kindly clarify . Sir, My Father died in 1979. He was employed in Military accounts office Risalpur. My mother was drawing her pension till her death in 2006. She was also drawing her own pension as she retired as teacher in FG Public School Nowshera cant till her retirement age up to 1991. Neither pension of both mother and father was restored till the time of death of my mother in November 2006. Due to lack of Knowledge we could not transfer both pensions to our youngest brother. Listening to your Vlogs we learnt it is still possible. Please guide us how to go about. we will make payment for the services.
