Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

As always, a great analysis. Newcomers often wonder if it's too late to navigate the financial market, but the market is always unpredictable. Trading has more advantages than simply holding, so it's important to learn before diving in. Active trades are necessary to ride the market's waves. Thanks to Loraine Souvenir’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings. Kudos to the journey ahead!

Nice to see this here. A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until they’re burned by their own emotions-no offense. I remember last year, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, so I researched licensed advisors and thankfully came across Loraine. She’s helped grow my reserve, despite inflation, from $152k to nearly a 7-figure sum as of today..Her insights and daily siignals are worth following.

JEPQ is my favorite so far. It pays monthly with over a 9% yield and also has stayed fairly level. The down side is that it was incepted in 2022 which means there is not a lot of history. I also like FEPI and SPYT.

It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.

We are about 4-5 years from retirement and have been aggressive savers in our retirement plans, we’d like to live primarily off our dividends for the passive income, with about 2.5-3 million invested in SCHD, DGRO, some in VOO and smaller concentration in JEPQ. Hoping to not use the principle and use the dividends. !

Do you really think it's a good fund? From 2022 to the end of 2023 it did nothing, went down and recovered and ended where it was 2 years later. 2024 has been a good year, but it's been good for everything else, so what sets this one apart from the others? Especially comparing it to its history, I can't see investing in DGRO for so many years waiting for it to perform.

I was talking to this with a friend and he me turned that everyone’s been saying for the past 12ish years or so people predicting tech is gonna go down but has it? No, will it who knows but idk yeah systematically it makes sense tech will go down eventually but who knows when that eventually is. Idk just a thought. Also ur comment on expensive ratio in the long run this doesn’t matter to much let’s say you make 100k from all these 3 ETFs, considering the expense ratios this is how much you’ll be left with after it, QQQ: $98,000 SCHG: $99,960, VGT: $99,900. At the end it isn't that much of a difference imo. The main problem I have with SCHG is I feel like it’s a bit to diversified maybe for my age it is, I remember in one of ur vids that takes abt best portfolio for age group you mentioned the younger u are the more riskier u can get because the farther ubare from retirement. So going more heavy in tech right now could be the move, with that in mind I think QQQ has to be the right option, VGT is still a bit risky for me .

Dividend investing in ETFs in this video is going to be significantly less risky than something like growth ETFs that I touched on in previous videos. Depending on your circumstances if you have no money invested in your entire life in your 50s. A good stock (broad market S&P 500, total world, or total stock market index funds, bonds or large value (dividend ETFs) could be options to explore. Target date funds are also good ones especially in your 50s since they are made for specific years or when you plan for retirement and contain a mixture of us stocks, bonds, and international stocks for true diversification

Schg also has a lower expense ratio than qqqm or VGT and the fact that it holds stocks not only in technology and in the NYSE and NASDAQ index made it a no brainer for me in the Roth as my highest holding.
