Chicken - 1 kilo
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoon
Half a lemon extract
Curd - 250 gram
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Basmati rice - 1 kilo
Oil - 3/4 th cup
Cloves - 5
Cardamom - 3
Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon sticks - 2
Onion - 1 big
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoon
Tomatoes - 4 big
Salt as required
Mint leaves and Coriander leaves
Green chilies - 6
Clarified butter as desired
