Looks like a lot of fun to ride in Tenerife.
Little question, your bars on the gravelbike looks narrow more like a 400mm wide.
This while your shoulders are wide, is this on purpose? and how does it ride?

It was a hire bike. I basically took the best they had. It’s a Pinerello Grevil.
So no bike fit was done.
