It's very interesting to see the differences between Ash in season one and two. In season one he is just a smart kid. In season two however you can see the influence this whole drug dealing stuff had on him growing up: he got violent and he almost didn't have any lines for the whole season. This is what his surroundings did to him. He turned from a child full of life into an agressive, extrovert killer, who still has good intentions but is full of violence and rage.
They got raided for what appeared to be the first time, Fez had to rob that man, Mouse kept threatening Fez, all of that snowballed into what happened this season. Before that, he seemed to be relaxed & doing what he does best. - I completely agree. Edit: Also I think they cut his lines because he was older so he sounds different. Maybe even for the emotional factor in the finale. Angus said Ashtray had more lines but they were cut.

Fezco had really good development and he seemed to be regressing from how smart they portrayed him in season 1. But he was just a kid and it makes sense for the lifestyle to affect him that way. That’s why at the end of s2 he went out the way he did cuz he would rather die then have Fez gone especially because it was his fault and Fez jus wanted to take care of his brother
