The fake IRS agent doesn't care that Jenny (aka Zoot) is a widow and has 8 kids. He claims she owes over $11,000 in taxes due to a miscalculation. She explains that she only has $800 and he's still trying to get thousands out of her.
Zoot punished him for 96 minutes with the sounds of her every day life. A toddler who screams for a variety of reasons - she's not allowed to eat only the marshmallows in her cereal, her bathing suit was packed, or she was prevented from wreaking havoc. Unfortunately when Officer Roy Stevenson needed her to go to the store to pick up her Federal Tax Wowcher, the closest store was 15 minutes away. He tried his darnedest though to find something closer. All Zoot could do was sing to her toddler with her surprisingly British children/reprimand them for a glorious 15 minutes.
After purchasing imaginary wowchers at the imaginary store, one of her kids had to take an imaginary bathroom trip, after which Zoot finally read the digits on the iTunes cards to Mr. Stevenson. She was so distressed when he said the numbers were invalid and accused her of fooling them. He said they were now going to arrest her.

The person in Thailand probably wants 5000$ + a percentage per transaction since he is taking a big risk.

I absolutely love how you handled this. I'm so happy people are fighting back against these scumbags, to be polite... I was asked for $72,000 on a dating site. I knew he was a scammer so I just played with along him for months. He got so mad at me... I cannot repeat what he called me when I told him I could not pay it. He had told me he had one last big job before the end of the year and we could be together, he lovingly promised 🙄. That last big job was me LOL. Thank you for giving the scammers grief. That's what really gets me riled up when they yell at you to listen to them & not interrupt them! I was in a foul mood today cuz I got some bad news so I took it out on them & felt much better! This time it was the US Grant's Department going to give me $14K & change & that's all the further they got. I asked him how he was gonna get me the money, wire it from India lmao, he said Ma'am I'm not in India, I said yeah well stupid you forgot to change the phone # & I'm wrong your in France, he called from France! I said are you in Paris cuz my daughters family lives there & you can just give them the money & they will get it to me! He hung up after he mumbled something under his breath! I got another one shortly after that, a girl, I answered the phone & said in my grumpiest voice,, well, what is it you want cuz I'm not going out in this weather to get you iTunes cards. She stuttered & stumbled, I gotta feeling these 2 were newbies. Hopefully I scared them off for good! BTW, you are absolutely awesome & so are your kids! God Bless you all! You might wanna warn them though that if they here one of the scammers threaten you not to panic.. I have been told that a bunch are gonna come gang rape me & another that he was going to kill me if he got arrested. I laughed at both & told them that when they get caught they won't be getting outta jail for a very long time so I'm not worried! Plus my Rotweilers love Indian food!

My grandmother would answer the phone like that in real life, she grew up with the earpiece on a cord that you held to your ear, so could never work out which was the ear or the mouthpiece on the new fangled phones and would hold it upside down and bang it on the desk and swear in ways that would make a sailor blush, so funny. Agree, but for some of the scammers they do it to survive and feed their own family. The sad part is that most of this money goes to the owners of the fake call centers.
Anyhow, blame it on the Indian goverment that do less than nothing to stop these scammers.

Any poor sole that has been done by these vile smelly inbred pieces of shit, is when he asked you or when they ask anyone else to goto the walmart to buy 100's of $ in vouchers? Why aren't people thinking, "wait a minute"?? Any reputable business or government agency like your IRS, would never ask you to pay your dept in this way, and ask you goto these places EVER!!! So why aren't those that have fallen for it not thought about this and questioned it? It's the elderly I feel sorry for because some may not know better.
What was it he asked you to purchase? As you never showed or told us what kind of vouchers he was asking for. Also was you on your landline "phone"? If you was, he didn't even cotton on? Dumb arse.

Also I've been watching other youtube vids that I'm sure your aware of where they have a so called "computer virus", but the guys who are doing this just like you are amazing with computers. And these scammers get them to do a tutor session so they can try and fix their computers remotely, but what these scammers don't know, is that these guys manage to remotely access their computers too at the same time and destroy the operating system within!!! It's brilliant... Even one I watched today, and this these guy managed to get into the scammers account and pay back 1.2mil of stolen money wow!

Yes, all indians have this kind of rolling tongue sound that they make. It fits well with their own language I suppose but when they talk another language, it sounds weird.
My guess is that when you speak a language for many years as a kid, it exercises your throat and tongue and it shapes it in a certain way.
Pronunciation is just once aspect of it.

I have noticed every telemarketing call I receive, the robo part is and American, but the live so called agent is Indian from India. And they give you an American name they can't even pronounce.

That was hilarious! I work for Apple and I get people that call after the fact and I wish I could call the scammers and shred them! I did it once before when a customer was on the line and I scared the crap out of the scammer by saying “ We’re Apple and we can find anybody!” He cursed and quickly hung up! Lol! Great job! 👍

I know, it's so ridiculous. They say that because your account is under investigation, there's no access to your checking account or anything. Um, yet you can buy the iTunes gift cards with your checking account. Mmm hmm. Couldn't believe it when one of them told me not to tell anyone at the store that it was for taxes or they would charge me a transaction fee. You would think that would be fishy to everyone.
I had to deal with the real IRS for 6 years because of my ex husband, who I as still with then. They did nothing but take my returns every year till it was finally paid off! I have a real hard time understanding how people fall for those idiots! I don't know if you done this before or not, I just found your videos but you should tell them your not a us citizen and you don't pay taxes! Your just here on a visa for school! I'd like to here their response to that! Lol

Hello, "Mich Joot"! I want to congratulate you on two things: your excellent imitation of an English accent, and your ability to understand "Officer John Wick" with his atrocious accent. I'm Indian, and even I found it difficult to follow the scammer's accents. But I have to hand it to these scoundrels: even with their pitiful command of the English language, and their even more pitiful accents, they seem to have some success in scamming people. Perhaps the key is in threatening people with imminent arrest and legal action for "tax evision", which could petrify simpler people into complying. I'm still watching the video, and enjoying every bit of it. Thank you for bringing awareness of this scam.

Heck yeah, we're friends! In fact, I need a favor. Do you do an Indian accent? Thinking of telling Ashwin that I got a voicemail from someone he knows telling me that he's a scammer. You see, he lied and said he got an email from my (fictional) friend Fred and Fred accused him of being a scammer. This just keeps getting funnier and I hardly have the time to post it! So of course I had to make an email account for Fred and I emailed both of them at the same time - absolutely furious that Fred would go behind my back and accuse my friend of being a scammer after he tried to fix my computer for an hour! Well, Fred writes back and basically dares Ashwin to forward the email he supposedly wrote. And then he decided to add my fake husband to the conversation (who has supposedly been in China on business). And it only gets more soap opera-ish by the moment. Can't stop laughing!
I can do an Indian accent although it's a little bit caricatured but some scammers believed me when I called them as Rajesh Patel sso it can't be too bad!

I am British myself, 🇬🇧 I am loving this as so far your accent has gone from England to South Africa - Australia - Ireland, then back to good old Blighty again. I even picked Scottish at one point. 😉 I couldn’t even attempt to do a US accent so huge kudos to ya. 😎
On a serious note, the fact that the scammer was that determined is frightening and what is worse is, this is straight up blackmail that their are people who are vulnerable enough to be scared into falling for it. Obviously I appreciate that you filmed this sometime ago but my hope is that was sent to the FBI.
For anyone reading this that may not know, the inland revenue (UK version of me IRS) will never call you or email you and it will always take at least five minutes of a robot lady talking nonsense at you and then insisting you push a stupid amount of buttons just to get into the queue to speak to somebody. (Sorry, I had to put that last bit in because it just drives me mad that it takes nearly 6 minutes just to manage to get into a que to speak to a human being and even then the que is usually at least 45 minutes long! 🙄😆)
I know this is all almost 4 years ago but I have now subscribed and turned notifications on. It's so refreshing to hear pure logic used to confound these scammers. I love to see a different approach to wasting their time.

Music Is A Rainbow Lol! No. Here in the UK, the lower class people have lots of kids so they can get more benifits (what you guys call state welfare.) and free housing. Sad but true! Though that's likely to stop as our government has brought in a new law stating that families only get child benefit for thier first 3 children which to be honest, I agree with as not only do the lower class not care about thier kids, but it it make it hard for us few single lower class folks to get housed. I'm a good example of that as I am 41 and got a place of my own only 3 years ago. Before that it was one room in a house with shared amenities and I'm female, it's even harder for single men. Most of them are either in hostels or living on the streets. Love what your doing by the way. Lol! I've had these type of calls. The most common one here is when they tell us we've been in a car accident within the last 2 years and they can help us claim from it, funny thing is, I don't drive, never have. Lol! When my sister had one of thses calls, (she does drive.) she was like, "I haven't had an accident so this means someone is stealing my identity. This is a police matter. Will you stay on the line while I call the police from my other phone so you can help with thier enquiries?" Sis knew it was a scam and was playing with them. The lady on the phone begin to stutter. It was soooooo funny. Lol!
That sounds hilarious! Oh yes. People work the welfare system here too by having lots of children or else they're on drugs and don't care that they have child after child that goes into foster care. My sister's friend adopted foster children from the same mom and then when she had another one, the agency called to ask if they wanted the baby. The woman had something like 14 children.
Music Is A Rainbow Wow! 14! That's crazy! I don't think it's that bad here but I could be wrong. Our social services have a bad rep in this country as they will remove children from perfectly good homes and do very little to help the kids who ARE abused by thier parents. They're quite often in the news for it, the most famous case being of baby p who died at the hands of his parents even though social services were involved in the case. Not sure of all the details but I'm sure if you googled 'baby p' it would come up with his story. Damb! This world is a sad place eh? This is why I have so much respect for the youngsters of today as they seem to be changing history by exposing all the horrid crap that goes on and are way more accepting of things like gays, other races, the mentality ill, etc, etc. Recon the future looks alot brighter because of these kids. Thier awesome! :)
Kerry Small lower class (its 2017) who calls working class people lower class? So demeaning! - too say (lower class) working class people don't care about their children is a terribly judgemental thing to say and very wrong. I know people in working class jobs who adore their children.
Yes, younger generations of the Uk are more tolerant and definitely don't call working class people (Lower Class)
