Hi hope things are going better for you and your family and I hope you still enjoying working on the engines etc I know life can get hectic sometimes so we need to enjoy the good times while we can!!! I'm basically having to restart from scratch I have to move from where Im staying I'm not working at the moment and it's pretty tough here in South Africa job wise for a almost 50 year old guy and Im waiting on a road accident fund claim from 2018 I had a head on collision on a motorbike so I'm hoping to get paid out then I can hopefully get my first RC truck so for now I just watch other people on you tube who are passionate about RC whether its racing building or anything RC related "Gas" Im not an electric fan no offense to those who are it's just not the same as the 2 stroke sound etc. Well keep making videos and I hope you keep it up!! could i buy the aluminium intake block you use along with the area rc reed block intake , I alreedy have the ares rc reed block intake, but your alloy block block is freeking ah some compared to the plastic one area sends. thanxs . Greg

I like your generosity and passion to the RC hobbyists racers enthusiasts etc. I am going to be getting my first RC gas truck which is the 30 Degrees North DTT 7V 2 with the 38cc engine Mr Eastside RC just posted a video with his 38cc ripping it up stock with just a pipe a good tune and gas mixture. What's your take on the 38cc ? Thanks again for the content keep those videos coming

The wife broke her foot and is off work for 6 weeks. Ok cool, I just had rebuild the diffs in it just waiting on some parts for the Raminator., the 46 it’s for my 5T I will find everything it’s in a box in the garage somewhere lol Thanks Wade

I have to say I not a fan Norton ° 38cc as I got one from new, they are over price, one of the crank bearing was no good from new , the coating comes of the piston and scratches the bore, the piston wears on the rear right side, little nosey in the bore when running, I even change the crank and cylinder head and piston and still wear in the same spot on the piston, is like the piston not floating side to side not a enough clearance or the the cylinder head bore not 90° to the base

Thank you I love the 38dn great engine .very fast and easy to tune .remember put a good pipe on it .
East side is very smart on the gas 1/5 scale .he can build and tune very well so anything you can pick up from him is going to help you very much

Hi just put a +3 crank in the 38cc and port the 38cc head .that’s a. Big increase in power .also you can go to a bigger carb to wj71 or hda48

my 38cc seems so hard on the pull chorde it actual cut th rope sool in half. any sugestions on why it so hard to pull over
Has it bin modded or compression raised if not how does it run when you start it . Might be stock recoil put a super easy pull start
