    air will only hold x amount of water at x temp. As temp decreases water must be released proportionally as dew,fog,rain etc..and as temp increases the air will retain and gather more water until 100% sat is reached. BTW there is nothing greater than 100% like the saying I agree 1000%.

    Wrong at 5:20 . Below dew point water vapor condenses to form liquid while instructor is saying "any thing above that line (that dewpoint) solvent will come out of solution ".

    At the end I think it's wrong isn't it? Wouldn't it be as previously stated? Anything below that line would precipitate... Anything above would be concentrated on the solution.
