That meal looks delicious, and I do not want to mess with Mama Kush's tradition. However, I see myself taking the short cut way of doing it. I would cook everything as she does, but I would mash the potatoes separately with the cooked blended greens, then add corn and mix well. Mama Kush has some really nice appliances for sale, please support her.

Hi guys, here in the U.S. we have a kitchen gadget called a potato masher. It could be very helpful in the preparation of this dish when the time comes to mash the ingredients together. Just a side note. I love watching families come together to prepare meals.❤

I wish I could smell the aroma of the green onion. Of you are not African you will never understand the difference. I am in the UK and when I boil rice, can’t even smell it. In Africa you smell it from miles away.
