The water on the beaches here are cold even during summer.

zWhat in your opinion is the safest boardwalk for a handicapped person to walk in Southern Cali? We have been to Santa Monica beach and it was not so safe IMO. I am from NYC the safest large city in America so I was scared but Cali is beautiful! You have much better weather than us too!
i see all of the people, especially a lot of kids, and i will just ask this. where on earth are the lifeguard towers, or even lifeguards at? it looks very concerning to me to see all of the kids there and no lifeguards.

I visited Dana Point in 2018, my favorite place of all time. I live in Sweden but my dream is to comeback one day.
I really enjoyed it and the memory is with me everyday
