Chicken Sisig, SIMPOL!

  • Bigyan natin ng twist ang favorite nating Sisig. For non-pork eaters, gagawa tayo ng Chicken Sisig na easy to prepare at swak sa budget ng bawat pamilya.
    INGREDIENTS:
    Season, pan roast, rest for a while, and then dice
    2 pcs chicken leg fillets
    Salt and pepper
    Sautee
    4 tbsp oil
    1 tsp butter
    1 tsp garlic, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 medium green chili, chopped
    1 pc chicken liver, chopped
    6 pcs calamansi, juiced and seeds removed
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp black pepper
    Oil: Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
    Cookware: Masflex Cookware
    Meat: @Fresh Options Meatshop
