30 years and recycling technology hasn't improved. This is an industry. It's about making money for the recycling industry. If there was more money in it, I'm sure the industry would come up with more answers. Question: Is the recycling industry supplemented by tax dollars? If so, there's the reason to reject whole totes for mistakes. If that is true, don't lecture me. Aside for some cardboard, my trash gets tossed because they'll toss it too.
