One of the yellow rings which is followed by a ramp has a broken Hitbox that allows you to skip it completely. I think you could shave like 1.5 seconds off the run by doing so.

The amount of control is insane. If you can finish this map as fast as he did, you should have the most perfect aerial possible, combine that with good reading and striker improvements you should vastly improve overall.
