Quick correction, you do get all your diamonds back when you dismantle the epic gear. So upgrade away.

Yes ppl have told me they get everything back . But I personally only upgrade my Legindary equipment

New player. Thanks for the.video. Small correction, you do get back your upgrade ore when dismantling gear. Not the gold, though. I agree that upgrading purples is a mistake. At least for me, gold is a huge bottleneck.
