Felix using a booster pack represents his character development.
Before the game he felt he could work better solo, because he only needed "one wing" to carry him anywhere. His death showed him that he very much couldn't. The final boss showed that he couldn't either, because he needed the entire team to deliver the final blow and survive.
So after the game he uses a booster pack because he isn't content with a single wing anymore.
I kinda wish faux wasn't stereotypically evil because i actually see a deep character in him. But overall this game is great and willing to buy it when the cash comes up

J mentioned miles morales not having personality and I'm wondering if this is a comic only thing or as a whole? Because in spider verse we do actually see miles have plenty of personality, in the comics I'm not familiar with but if anyone has any other deets then please say it

the comment is in reference to how mile's life is a typical broad stroke representation of a "city kid" i'd have to assume. personally i liked miles but can agree on the sentiment its easy to find his stereotype in a lot of other media. i imagine the tobey miguire films have something more intricate and honest but i havent watched the films so i wouldnt know.
Miles never had a much of personality in the comics. Marvel doesnt really know what to do with him and he seems to be changed up almost every other year because again, Marvel doesnt know what to do with him.

While The World Ends With You (and subsequently Neo:TWEWY) are not turned based, I know J is not a big Jrpg guy.
Also, the level of grind and time to get through the first game let alone Neo would probably be a major turnoff for him.
I would know since I stuck by it not just with the OG but with final remix and Neo and I hated it but still enjoyed the gameplay , story and music.
Still, At least nobody recommended “The world of Final Fantasy”, that’s a jrpg,turn based, and grind fest all in one.

Was there something bad about the game or is it not your cup of tea?
I do agree with J about the combat and the irritation about cops rather then them being an actual threat you need to outsmart.
