I loved the headbutt for the ending of this game with the lyrics "Break out of your mind" Faux really deserved the one.
god, the devs put so much love and soul into this game, was following it for awhile before release. In the sea of big games coming out, I don't know this one just feels like the devs actively loved every second of making it. Was one of the most fun 100% I've ever done, right up there with the Tony Hawk and Spyro games

I mean if it tells you anything about their passion, they confirmed that they were making more games like this no matter how it was received. They're just really passionate about this genre and it shows. You can definitely see it in every aspect of this game.

Okay, but the emptiness is a perfectly legitimate critique. JSRF released two decades ago and had just as many if not more characters on screen at a time.

The police station was empty because it was abandoned fpr the time being ans the hideout is abandoned because youre the only ones that are supposed to be there (except for the woman living in the walls). Every other area is well populated until you get a 2+-star rating, in which everyone is evacuated except for you and the police.

When I first saw this game not only thought of Jet Set Radio, but for some reason it made me say that's just like Tony Hawk Underground in many aspects and the fact to even think a inspiration for this could also be that game really shows that the devs knew exactly what they were doing 😀

This video made me realize Faux's name literally has a double hint just pronouncing his name Fox. Faux means fake, and Foxes are associated with being sly and deceitful.

Faux pronounced with the silent X actually means fake. Which, and I may be overthinking it, but it might actually work with the saying "Keeping it real", or the alternative "Fo' real." And Faux is definitely not keeping things real, as he just kills a long time acquaintance to become All City. And then proceeds to have every gang systematically killed. Dude is keeping things far from real.
