yeah the foundations are the most important, and the odin project goes over all of the important topics you need to get started. the other resources are there to help solidify the knowledge
I mostly work in front-end, but also a bit of back-end. I don't have much experience in devops, so I don't think I would be able to make a good video about it 😅
for web dev backend, it's mostly creating CRUD endpoints and interacting with databases. In general, I don't think it's too difficult to learn by following a full-stack tutorial. fullstackopen can also be used for learning backend
I am 26 years old and interested to be a software engineers but i don’t have any knowledge in programming. Do you think it’s worth it for me to learn programming and change my career?
before deciding to change your career, I would try to learn the basics and see if you like it you can learn on the side using free resources and not have to commit that much yet
i would say the odin project would be enough. Then we can dive more into backend or front end based on our preferences.
