I am curious to know what is the difference left between those who learnt these languages and those who use these websites builders?

Hello. I am a student appearing for bitsat 2020 (whenever it's happening). I am a US citizen and applied for us universities too but couldn't go due to financial insecurities in this time. I didn't apply for sat subject tests, is there any chance in bitsat isa for me? Also is the application process open for Isa? And what is the cutoff avg for electronics for bits goa? Or should I just dm you on ig XD
I think ISA applications have closed. Check their website once. You can apply for next year
