At the Tusker House at animal Kingdom, I witnessed a kid punch Mickey right in the groin. Parents did absolutely nothing! Poor Mickey waddled backstage. These cast members don’t get paid enough. ❤

I remember the Tigger incident. (Yay for showing a clip from my local news station Fox 9 Minnesota!) When I was a CP I heard many stories of guests doing this kind of stuff. Unfortunately this is way too common.

I've been a professional clown for thirty years. I was once booked to walk around ad do balloons at a Mardi Gras themed event at a bar. My agent didn't really want to book this (we are family entertainers) so he quoted them a ridiculous price which they agreed to. I can't tell you how much I had my ass grabbed that night! Couldn't believe it! I'm waling around making these balloons and random women are just coming up behind my grabbing my clown ass! Told my agent if that bar EVER called again to book us for another event like that... he better book me!

@@ArtToonsOfficial. I had to look it up, it was actually another Tigger incident in 2004, were the Tigger character allegedly groped a girl. They had the lawyer were the costume. He was acquitted. He would had faced 15 years in prison. The actor actually was able to return to work, though he played Goofy now since he wasn't comfortable as Tigger. He was suspended for pushing another cast member
Reminds me of a lawsuit where The Three Little Pigs were accused of sexual assault. They brought the costumes and showed that their arms were two stubby to do anything.
@bebopblue damn I was only 3 in 2004 and I don't really remember. I went to disney when I was a teen in 2014,2015,and 2017. I never saw anything like that happen.
This makes more sense if Granny is a furry.
So people forget that furries have been around a long time. It certainly got more... Formalized, but I've met more than a few who were over 60 and that's some years back.

They crossed Aladdin at some point, and she said to her friends, in Spanish (we're Argentinian), "Aladdin is so hot!!" Aladdin, who was Latino, turned around and replied "¡Gracias!" That's how my friend learned that there are way too many people who speak Spanish in Florida xDD

I still have the picture, we were both blushing and Pooh looked very interested in me. It was funny and creepy at the same time.

I worked as a security guard at a bar on the Las Vegas strip and I been groped by old ladies, drunks, over friendly strangers, but I had to let it go because I am a guy, and the moment it happened to a female guard they were 86ed and kicked out hopefully never to return

So this is the begging of how Goofy became a Booty Bandit then Booty Warrior!
Working in Entertainment at both Universal, and WDW for almost 2 decades I've seen it all. One char (staying vague for reasons) someone reached up costumes leg opening and grabbed the performers... "peaches". Once while I was performing, my attendant was dealing with another char being harassed, so didn't see the two men (seemed college age) literally lift me off the ground, and started running down the road with me. Honestly I was in shock and had no idea what to do. Luckily they stopped setting me down laughing about it. I just left and walked off set. Another time, college guy hit a smaller character in the head thinking it funny. Next thing you know He's backstage talking to the police, crying, and watching this tiny young lady (the performer) being put in an ambulance. I was not involved in this but heard about it over the radio as it was unfolding, and feel bad for the lead (lower management also acts as a character attendant). He was leading character's off set. In passing a guest in the park suddenly had a heart attack (characters were not involved) Was in a shop. The older ladies working in the shop panicked and had no idea what to do. The Lead took over sent the characters the rest of the way on their own, started locking doors (the guest was passed away by this point. Then he had to clear onlookers. Yes, other guests started TAKING PICTURES! I can't believe what he was going through. He snapped and cursed getting onlookers out of the store while trying to get medical attention (of course People not allowed to take pictures of someone's dead loved one, had to get pissy and report the lead for using a bad word.) The higher ups had to reprimand him for the bad word, but it was only a slap on the wrist to cover their butts. They understood and didn't blame him. It was nuts. I saw him after and gave him a hug. It was a massive WTF moment, and he's a really sweet guy. Still love him (as a friend). I've worked many jobs before. construction (where I learned to walk on drywall stilts, and became a stilt walker performer), grocery stocker, pizza cook, etc. Working In Entertainment in theme parks really damaged my faith in humanity. It was so draining encountering so much entitled, dumb, spoiled nonsense everyday. What kept me going was my Entertainment family, And those moments with the genuinely happy sweet guests. There's a few I'll never forget. There was one little girl that came with her family every year. She had a condition where her bones would not grow, and she'd eventually outgrow them. She was so cute (British) long, curly blonde hair. I somehow managed to be playing the same character, her fav, every year she came. She wanted me to come home with her, and have me live in her closet. Got so excited seeing her every year. One day though, she didn't show. Her parents came because they thought we should know she had passed. I hugged the parents. They knew I was crying inside. Was uncontrollable. After they left I had to excuse myself from set because I couldn't stop bawling. Still makes me cry now as I type just remembering. Those are what makes it worth it. She passed, but while she was there, I made her happy.
There was an old case where someone sued Disney because his wife had become romantically infatuated with Goofy after a hug at a theme park.
I hope they dropped that case because I don't see how that's Disney's fault.
