- With just 2 weeks to go until Badminton Horse Trials, Em & I plus our Horses headed to the beach for some additional fitness prep.
I also had another Dressage lesson working on our Canter & added some much wanted Security to our stable set up at home.

I just wanted to say though that Nala wasn't playing, she was trying to tell Poppy off but then uses play as appeasement... a good way to test it if you put Poppy on a lead and didnt give either attention Nala wouldnt have gone up to continue the game... I love dog behaviour its so interesting xD Nalas just not very good at telling Poppy to leave her alone but she is trying 😅

Both horses look very fit and well they love the water I loved doing this when I was young like you are doing now makes me teary that I can’t do it anymore. Make the most of your young lives girls. YOU are BOTH READY! How exciting! That beach trip and good paddle is so good for the legs isn't it. As for moving bedding around....you can tell who is the farmer.....😅.

Thank you for the dressage so nice to see the balance coming in the canter. Once you have the feel of it, it is then about remembering so you know how to recreate it. It really creates a lovely outline that I am sure will please the judges. Well done.
