Major Peter Morgan's incredible book on military patches covers World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Kuwait, Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Over 5000 color patches and tabs are organized by armies, corps divisions and branches of the service. The book mainly focuses on the United States Army shoulder sleeve insignia and covers all of World War II in detail. All of the numbered Army Air Force and unique patches for World War II are shown as well as many patches of infantry units, artillery units and armor units. Army aviation, engineers, transportation, ordinance, medical and other major units of United States Army are shown in color. There are some incredible displays of 75 years of Ranger patches and special forces units.
All of the World War II historical patches of United States Marine Corps are shown as well as many individual regimental and unique Marine patches. There is a section of Navy patches for seal teams, mobile River units from Vietnam, Seabees and other specialized units.
All of the major National Guard headquarters are displayed by state as well as a unique section on the Civil Air Patrol. The book is an actual national treasure as there is no other publication of its size and detail available. Maj. Morgan is now retired and is donated this incredible patch collection to the University of Missouri and they are now just a limited number of the hardback versions of this book available.

USAF and Space Force Patches are not in this book. Only one Space unit patch.
