Charge a small fee after 6 months or a year depending on your county and state laws file a storage lean or mechanic lean and after the specified time period it's yours to do as you wish
@@heartlandmechanic that's how we deal. With it in Oklahoma I always priced storage on available space if space is of a premium I charged 100 a month if I had as much space as you I charged 10 dollars a month so they could afford it if they came back and always worked with customers who had funds issues buy still ended up with most of the vehicles

I usually just tell the customer 20$ a day after repairs or decline and they are pretty sure to come get their vehicle before the charges start
