To all my 10th class juniors ,
(EDIT: scored 95.8% in class 10th) I am currently in class 11th, preparing for JEE at Allen Chandigarh. I know that you are excited and stressed about your first board examination of your life. But please keep these things also in your mind, the things I wish someone told me when I was in 10th -
1. Do not overburden yourself with 10th class studies. Your teachers may tell you that the board paper will be hard, but trust me its easy. They just say stuff like that to keep you serious. But don’t take it to your head. I did and spoiled my mental health around September October last year.
2. Avoid buying any reference books for board studies. Trust me even for mathematics, you don’t need any extra books. Just solve NCERT and NCERT EXEMPLAR is MUST MUST!!! Exemplar has tricky questions which either come directly as 2-3-4 markers or in the form of case studies. When you are done with these two books, start solving previous year papers and sample papers. I repeat NO EXTRA BOOK it will only waste your time and energy. If you find any topic of mathematics difficult, then only solve it from RD Sharma, that too only examples and illustrations.
3. Do map practice for SST beforehand cause its not possible to memorise all places and their locations just a day before exam. And map is where children lose most of their marks. Generally You get marks easily in subjective questions.
4. This point is not related to academics but please please I beg you, KEEP REMINDING YOURSELF THAT 10th class is the LAST year of your school life where you actually have time to relax and do what you love. From 11th class, even if you are not taking science, you will miss 10th class badly cause most of your friends will leave school, you will start preparing for some entrances and you will partially enter into the real world.
Trust me, its been 1.5 month of me studying in Allen preparing for JEE and I cry every second day about how much I miss 10th class. Being unnecessarily stressed about boards and not enjoying the last tension free year of my life (10th class) will forever be my biggest regret 💔

1000% true guys and ya if u like scored above 90% in 10th then u can like study only for 30min daily and can get 95+ trust me guys enjoy class 10 with ur friends and that doesn't mean u don't care study's or ur future life

@@eleventhy12 bro just blindly follow ncert and practice questions no need to join any coaching unless ur below average and ya if anyone tells u that u should study hard then fuck it off don't care just study for only 30min daily and be consistent and also only don't focus on studies u should also do some other productive activities and ya it applies on all subjects. u just follow this after a year u will thank me for this million dollar advice. MARK: iam telling this based on my experience and is 100% true there was no one at that time to guide me like this because of which iam expecting 93 percent not 95+ % this year

Hey I am Sahil From West bangal... I am a average student Or you can say that below average... I didn't studied class 8 & 9 due to lockdown I waste this 2 years by enjoying... On the month of April i came into a relationship she is preparing for her NEET. In the month of Aug she was worried about my future and everyday she used to say please kuch karle abhi bhi time h...she gave me to much motivation that now i am having stress that what if I can't if I fail.... I set a goal for JEE... And I promised her too she said that dono milke karenge Or select bhi honge... But the problem is I can't study it's been a month but still nothing I am getting how do I start I practice a lot of maths but still can't slove it by myself I literally don't have any idea how do I study it's already September... I am not able to sleep now a days I don't feel to take my lunch or dinner I am confused and i dont know how I am going to do....!!

Like literally there are no teachers in so many of our periods. I feel like i just waste time going to school. Our teachers are more like google translate who just translate words to us (Of course they make tons of mistakes and errors in this as well) . How in the world am i supposed to understand a topic if all you can say is the hindi of that sentense.
