  • Welcome! Today we are disassembling my 2008 KLX 110, I am putting in a list of new parts listed below. The bike has sat half apart for the last 12 years, and we are finally getting it fixed! Most of the parts were purchased from www.factoryminis.com
    New RH Crankcase
    TB 55mm stroker crank
    TB 143cc big bore kit
    TB V2 race head with the roller rocker arms and race cam shaft
    26mm Mikuni carb
    TB bottom end bearing kit
    TB complete gasket O-ring & seal kit
    HD clutch spring kit
    Takegawa super oil pump
    Takegawa 4th gear shift drum
    BBR tall seat
    FMF 4.1 exhaust
    Pro Taper grips

      Well thank you it was over along period so I couldn't remember what all we recorded and ended up with alot of footage to go through so hopefully it isn't to bad....

    Sad, but every time I see someone working on mechanical elements a panic attack ensues. I use to take my parents’ appliances apart as a child…. We were without a toaster and microwave for 6 months.

      Haha oh man that's a bummer! Yeah I had a few set backs but all in all it went good. I still need to figure out the jetting on the carburetor, but very happy to have it running again!
