At first I was mad I didn’t get some free brisket until I realized they were going to a food bank. Then I started tearing up think about how super nice it is you gave 10k worth of brisket away to people that really need it.
This was cool. I would love to donate my time next time yall do this or purchase a couple of them to have donated. Serving our neighbors and bbq, can't ask for more than that!

Hi Jirby, I’m from Northern Ireland and I bought a pit barrel cooker. No matter what fuel I use I can’t get it to stay hot enough. Do you think drilling a few holes in the lid and putting a damper there would help me get it hotter ? Thank you. Also I really like your cinder block smoker video.
Nice gesture. Lot of hard work. How were they distributed? By the plate, lb, whole brisket?? To be honest for the price of all that beef you could buy thousands of cases of canned food. Easier to store, transport, distribute.
I can easily see Goldees winning #1 Texas BBQ for the next 2-3 rounds. This is a dynasty we are experiencing.
