We watched your product review with much anticipation. it was great to see you using the products, to see “the star of the show” our Quick Detailer Pro giving that instant gloss and ease of use we'd expect and Ultra Shampoo standing out too. Now we strongly believe all feedback is good feedback. If everyone said our products were great, nobody would ever challenge us to produce better ones, and honestly that would be bad for business, and bad for the detailing industry too. So we’ve listened to the feedback in your review, and it’s given us some ideas but we’d also love to speak with you in person, to find out what else we could learn from you. In the interest of making this a two way conversation. Plus you did say “please put your comments in”. We think you could be getting better results from our products and in particular the Snow Foam and Citrus Prewash, if you used them slightly differently. For instance, we recommend using only 100-150ml of snow foam in a snow foam lance, more inline with what you’re used to and gives you more room to add Citrus Prewash. Talking of which, we’ve had really good results mixing the two. Where did you get the advice to use 200ml of snow foam as our label says 100-150ml? Also with Citrus Prewash, it’s perfectly safe to spray this product directly to exterior surfaces i.e. paintwork, glass, plastic, rubber or even wheels as you used it, but we don’t recommend diluting it, unless your detailing a very lightly soiled vehicle. For this KA we probably would have mixed the two products for best results. As I said, we’d love to speak in person. Been using Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam for over 10 years. Can’t find anything that beats it’s cleaning power. No need for citrus pre-wash products plus it’s cheap as chips for 5 litres.

which mitt do you use ? Ive got a couple of the ebay specials I use on the wheels and family cars who I dont give a toss over but for mine Id like something a bit better. already got the EZ brushes on the cards to get after your recommendations

andrew price Microfibre Madness mitt had it for a few years now fantastic quality and cheap china wash mitts from eBay for wheels and lower parts
