Non starter build. At least 1.5k mana recommended for patch 1.1. High end gear can reach 2k~2.5k.
Budget no legendary version for 1.1: • No legendary 1k corrup...
Still good enough to do speed farm 1k.

Flame Ward over Focus usually, unless you have a Strong Mind and not getting stunned.

Nothing really changed except for passives. Nihilis for amulet if you have a good roll.
Glacier is for mana/ward generation and CC, CoC (cast on crit) Meteor for AoE, damage reduction and cast speed buff, Static Orb for single target burst.

Great video! Im actually pursuing to gear my sorc for this. I was wondering if you considered phantom grip rings for crit capped early on? As well it gives % mana as well

Hi, I really liked your build, do you think it can fit the Fractured Crown or some others "damage dealt to mana before health" mods?
Now it is a bit sketchy but for 1.1 probably? Have to play it to be sure it doesn't drain your mana too much.
Great vid mate, any suggestions about unique acquisition for the starter version? should I go wrongwasp -> peak -> rings -> harbinger -> boots?
I would say wrongwarp > boot > ring > harbinger > peak. Peak cap crit on Static Orb but that isn't important in early corruption.
what's your opinion on the new unique helmet Seed of Ekkidrasil for this build?
It is not easy to stack health to utilize the unique for this version. For a different variant maybe.
Hello, im absolutely mesmerized by this build! Do you have any loot filter for mid-high stages Mono farming gear for this build, if yes, can you share it please? And last question, are you gonna complete this build in 1.1 on your channel?
I don't have a loot filter for this, this is done on Merchant's Guild. I probably will be updating the build with a new showcase in legacy after the patch hits.

I have not tested the gear progression enough to make a league start guide, do not want to potentially mislead people. I expect it to be great cycle starter though, just start with standard Glacier, stack mana and int and adding the pieces slowly.
With the new archmage passive this should be able to spam alot more right? I think mana stacking meteor will be sickkk

@@realmf100 Not really, mana stacking has been niche. You can follow a standard Glacier levelling, then prioritize mana and int in gears, it should be pretty strong except between empowered mono and getting a Wrongwarp.
@@itsyaboypepega9517 yes it will be broken it is already spammable, the build will come online easier after patch.
I would love to play this, but I’m planning to league start with skyfall paladin, so easy mode. Can a paladin character still farm / drop sorc gear?

Not really but you could follow Glacier levelling builds and just stack any mana and int gear you see. It will struggle a bit mid game in empowered mono until you get Wrongwarp and you'll fly again.
@@chunkypapa mind if i ask for leveling and early monos what stats should i priotize damgae wise ? mana-int-ele dmg- cast speed , is that the correct order ?
@@realmf100 Early game just stack cold damage/spell damage, spell crit, int, and as much mana as need to feel comfortable with surviving. Mana is mostly defensive/mana sustain stat before Wrongwarp enabling Static Orb.
@@chunkypapa you mention flame ward over focus , both your budget and expensive versions are using focus ,at what point should i drop flame ward for focus , when i get strong mind ? ty

Not for big mana Static Orb, could be fine for lower cost Orb spam builds.

Hi there, Im trying to level up with it. The damage seems quite good, but the mana starving is abhorrent. Just started mono, can't seem to get above 256ish mana. So I'm constantly using focus instead of wall. Any ideas please?
You should not play this until you have 1.5k+ mana, take Meteor out and play Glacier + Static Orb instead.

Why use grimoire for relic unique?
40 flat is a lot and we scale generic spell damage so the type is not a concern. It is also relatively easy to get a 4LP one. Potion is also good synergy with Meteor belt and Wrongwarp immunity,
