This song was created to raise awareness of how people that are unfortunate to have either lost their sight or were born blind, the song D.L.N stands for "Dark Long Night" and Ruki willingly blindfolded himself on stage as he preformed this song live to help raise that awareness for the blind. Truly a wonderful person at heart, mind, body and soul. So thoughtful of those around him and he is very caring.
In the end, the person was actually happy because he has seen enough happy times in his life. He is not in remorse or a depression but i satisfied regardless of going blind. How does Ruki come up with lyrics like this!
