Your presentation is very eye catchy ,your kitchen equipment, you so fabulous, your diction too,I too will attempt.You could place a cling film on the plate and then press down the kebab,the first type of shaping, it will leave the plate easily, or in between your two palms ,better still with gloves while shaping

A must try for the Kitchen Memsaheb.
Roasting in the pan are Corriander and Cumin seeds,
A few more additives is all it needs.
All tossed in together,
Hand in gloves mixed well for flavor.
A sauce gets prepared alongside,
For the Chapli Kebab to dip inside.

As i love cooking but as you grow old I find it confusing what the seeds that after cummings seeds you added another seed apart from coriander seeds > it's called growing old that tends to play up with your hearing

Why are my kebabs coming out raw from inside? It’s cooked from outside but raw inside. I tried shallow fry and even deep fry. I tried low-medium gas and even med-high. I used chicken thigh mince. Either way, they’re coming out raw from inside.
Please can someone help me conquer this problem?
You have to cook it a bit longer so that it cooks through 😊
