  • In Filipino folklore & mythology, The Aswang is a term used to describe a group of evil, shape-shifting monsters that come out at night to attack humans. These supernatural creatures usually fall under five main categories: vampires, ghouls, witches, viscera-suckers and human-beast hybrids.
    In this video we will look at the most popular and terrifying Aswangs in Filipino myths, folktales and urban legends.

    My step mum is from Cebu and she used to say to me and my step sister, that if we both kept arguing the aswang would sort us out if we didn’t stop bickering.

    Correction pls.. manananggal detach just the legs, just like when u cut the chicken to make quarter leg. So the ass n genital is still there.
