- In Filipino folklore & mythology, The Aswang is a term used to describe a group of evil, shape-shifting monsters that come out at night to attack humans. These supernatural creatures usually fall under five main categories: vampires, ghouls, witches, viscera-suckers and human-beast hybrids.
In this video we will look at the most popular and terrifying Aswangs in Filipino myths, folktales and urban legends.
