For PC/Steam version:
Find the folder in the folders of the sim, there is a file named there. Inside, edit the numbers after the text "money:", with the sum of money you have currently in the game, as you want. Caution: Before editing, you should exit the sim, and Steam too.

Honestly after two years now playing this fantastic game thats addictive in a way that brings the kid out of me allowing me to have fun like I've always eanted to with trucks. So to the point we all need cash to buy things whatever and I've always hustled for it in the game but this cheat looks more and more inviting to me.

Yeah makes it able to get some of the more end game trucks a lot easier. I did the campaign without it, then came back and used this to get whatever I wanted.

Have you downloaded it from the mod browser and enabled it? Make sure its enabled and you should be able to buy it in any garage.
