Like the picks, interesting Konrad shout. It’s definitely possible but if he doesn’t succeed this season in Switzerland I think we can officially write him off, it’s going to be a big year for him.
Quality content boys, here are my picks: Sargent, Pulisic, Slonina, Dest, Tessmann(assuming that he will move and he has shown a good level of promise when I watched), Turner(because surprisingly he’ll be happy at a bench), Adams, Pulisic
Turner is an interesting one. You’d think he wouldn’t be happy since he’s the 3rd choice GK at Nottingham Forest and isn’t even making the matchday squad, but there haven’t been any rumors of him leaving. Maybe no one wants him? I wonder if Pochettino will still see him as our GK1.
Best player and top goalscorer: Haji Wright Top Assister : Malik Tillman Breakthrough player: Nathanial Brown Comeback player: Okoh Best transfer: Francis James Tanner Tessmann wherever he moves Biggest surprise: Brenden Aaronson leading Leeds to the premier league for a full redemption Biggest disappointment: Tyler Adams Team of the season: Slonina Dest Richards Trusty Jedi Maloney Tessmann Johnny Haji Balogun Pulisic
Love the picks, especially the full name drop for Tessmann and the Brenden redemption story! I hope Trusty can have a good season, we really need him to emerge as a CB option soon.
Haji Wright is a good pick. I haven't checked the transfer deadline dates, but do you think anyone from a Top 5 league will buy Haji? Will someone buy Luna or is there a contract issue? I have to check the details.
It’s looking like Haji will stay with Coventry for another season, hopefully it’s his last (unless they get promoted) because if he improves on his production like we think he will he’ll definitely be good enough for a top 5 league. The rumors for Luna seem to have gone quiet, he’s most likely going to finish the season with RSL and maybe look for a move in January.
He’s going to have an incredible season, I’m hoping he can not only challenge for the Americans Abroad golden boot but also the EFL Championship golden boot
Love the shouts guys, interesting take for surprise of the season, you both rate mcglynn higher than me, where do you see him realistically going? And what a formation Yuri, sticking to your Italian roots, absolutely no attack 😂 Pulisic and Pray 🙏🏻
This is Italian calcio heritage 😂 For McGlynn, Eredivisie seems to be the best destination although I wouldn’t hate a lower level LaLiga or Serie A team.
Solid video gents. Biggest surprise and breakthrough this season?: Luca Koleosho commits to USMNT and starts matches in Gold Cup. Pulisic plays at the 10, with Haji and Koleosho on the wings. You heard it here first 😉
I'm looking for Caleb Wylie to have a good year in France. He's starting on the wing so he will definitely have his chance to show what he's got. Hoping he's in the 1% of MLS guys that work out lol.
He’s going to be one of the most interesting players to track this season, I watched his debut and thought he was alright. Definitely going to watch a lot of Strasbourg games.
Player of the season: Malik Tillman
Comeback player: Konrad de La aguente
Top goal scorer : Haji Wright
Most assists: Koleosho
Breakthrough: Slonina

Harji already starting his season with a hat trick so, so-far-so-good on that pick

Not sure how I feel about Pulisic at the 10 after the Milan game but I’m all for Koleosho starting
