90 seconds was a borderline psychotic move
It was probably for food safety. Foods that are cooked and cooled should be reheated to 165 °F.

If the burger has lettuce and tomato, I personally would deconstruct the burger heat and reassemble.
That would be way too normal and sensible for these two 😅
Yea if you do this IRL and you know you want to save it for later dont forget to ask for no cold foods on the burger, bc reheated tasts soo bad

True, but I think it still works / makes sense. If you're going to buy fast food for the purpose of having leftovers, you'll want to get the one that tastes the best as leftovers, not necessarily the one that tastes most like the fresh version.

My trick with re-heating fast food is sticking a small cup or saucer of water in there with the item. I have found the microwave takes the moisture from there and just heats the food (keeping things like pizza crust, fries and bread a little more crispy than without the water)

What do I have in the microwave??...I got up to check and the microwave was empty. Must have imagined it 🤷♀️ A few minutes later when I heard the microwave again, I realised it was the microwave on the tv that I was hearing

Over years of gag inducing foods, this episode takes the cake for me. I only tried left over burgers once in my life and never again. Just watching the warm lettuce in this video made me feel physically sick.

I've over microwaved food when I was a teen and it definitely changes taste and texture. Round 1 needs a redo😂
In the early-mid 90's, McDonald's would sometimes run a deal on regular Cheeseburgers for $0.25 each, I'd buy 20 of them for $5 and put them in the freezer as well. 1 minute in the microwave and voila! Even more frequently, they ran "2 for $2" deals like 2 Big Macs or 2 Filet-O-Fish (or 1 of each) for $2!!! Ah the good 'ol days.

Those were the days! I have fond memories of going to McDonald's with my dad, getting the 2 for 2 big macs and a soda for a quarter from a vending machine.
Believe it or not, Rhett has told a story about him using this exact deal while in college. Said he would eat only big macs for a week

Boycotting McDonald’s?
I’m a huge mythical fan but I’m sad to see y’all including mcdonalds :( there is an obvious boycott going on and there was no need to include mcdonalds at all. I know the intent wasn’t to promote them but because this is such a huge channel .. it kinda does regardless.
maybe they aren’t aware? neither of my parents knew anything about the boycott until i told them earlier this week, they both know about what’s been happening in gaza, they just didn’t know the boycotts were going on, my parents are about rhett and links age and spend a lot of time on social media but still i was the one to introduce them to the boycott
